Team Spirit amongst the Colleagues of an Organisation: Female LIS Professionals in U.P.

Abstract

The team spirit amongst the colleagues of an organization are satisfaction and dissatisfaction of Female LIS Professionals in Uttar Pradesh. The satisfaction really amounts to a feeling towards all of these various facets of the work environment. The study found a relationship between super ordinate and subordinate staff and their work. It is a survey-based study. The scale is a five point scale based on Likert’s scale. The “Co-operation from super ordinate and subordinate staff”; it was found that 88.98% females had co-operation from their super ordinate and subordinate staff. The analysis clears that the job satisfaction is both positive as well as negative. The study concludes that concentrators of Female LIS Professionals are well co-operation from super ordinate and subordinate staff.
